Job profile

Savills summer scheme is an opportunity for second-year cognate (or equivalent) undergraduate university students to gain work experience. This year (2021), we will offer 2 week placements, in order to comply with coronavirus guidelines.  The summer scheme includes potential opportunities to attend site visits, networking events and client meetings, and conduct research. We also hold departmental presentations to learn about other areas of the business.

Individuals will be based in the following pathways: Surveying (Commercial, Residential, Development, Valuation, Rural, Capital Allowances, Affordable Housing, Operational Capital Markets), Food & Farming, Building surveying and Planning.

2021 applications will open on 1 March 2021 – 16 April 2021.

Placement dates: Each placement is 2 weeks long.

1st Placement:     19th July – 30th July

2nd Placement:    2nd August – 13th August

3rd Placement:   16th  August – 27th August

(Assuming Covid-19 guidelines are met)
