A series of in person workshops that introduces the general principles of HKSMM (Hong Kong Standard Methods of Measurement); measurement on: substructure which includes excavation and foundation works, superstructure which includes concrete pouring and formwork erection for structural frame.
This measurement workshop series is made up of five in person CPD workshops that will focus on the general principles of the Hong Kong Standard Method of Measure (HKSMM) and includes the principles and practical application in relation to substructure measurement. Providing relevance to, and supports the development of, core professional competencies. No pre-learning is required; but some knowledge of drafting tenders and contracts will be an advantage.
